THE RIDE is 38 miles and is NOT a No Drop Ride although the "B" Group will regroup so we can try to stay together.

Please keep in mind that this is a very aerobic activity. If you are uncertain whether or not you can safely handle vigorous, sustained exercise, please be sure first that your doctor says you are ready from a conditioning standpoint. Also, although we pick a route and timing in an attempt to miss peak traffic, there is always danger inherent in this sport. We can reduce our chances of incidents with vigilance, and we encourage a culture of safe and lawful maneuvering. However, we and motor vehicle drivers with whom we share the roads are all imperfect human beings, so all cyclists ride at their own risk. Each participant rides voluntarily and is responsible for his or her own safety.
